    • In stock Wigs: Dispatched within 1–3 working days

    • Custom Wigs: Processed and dispatched within 10working days

    • Fully Custom or Made-to-Measure Wigs: May take 4-8 weeks depending on your chosen style and specifications

  • RETURN & REFUND POLICY

    At SJ Hair Replacement, every wig is custom-made to order and prepared with care for each client. For this reason, and in line with hygiene standards, returns and exchanges cannot be accepted.

    If your order arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos or a short video of the issue. We’ll review and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.

    All reported items must be unused and unworn.
